Workshop description:

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, taste the land, and connect with plants in a way that nourishes both body and spirit. Through tea, we will explore plants not simply as remedies, but as beings with presence, energy, and flavour shaped by place. Together, we will learn and prepare a variety of tea preparations, exploring how different methods influence the extraction, potency, and character of each plant. You’ll gain an understanding of how choosing the right preparation supports receiving the full benefit and expression of the plants you are working with.
